Refund and Returns Policy
At Loomcel, we aim to provide premium quality products and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before initiating any request.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).
- Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
2. Damage Policy
Every product is checked and packed carefully before dispatch to avoid any damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide a clear and unedited parcel opening video as proof within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video, we will not be able to process damage-related returns or refunds.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes the quality inspection at our facility.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange Process
- If the product size doesn’t fit or you wish to change your item, you can apply for an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- Replacement will be dispatched once the original product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- Exchange is subject to availability of stock for the requested size or design.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without original packaging or tags

Kindly include your Order ID, product details, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
- In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, Loomcel will bear the shipping cost.
- For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Important Notes
- Products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for damage return claims.
- Returns or exchanges made after the 5-day window will not be accepted.
